The competition leaderboard is configured and applied event wide using a Scaled Relative Format, in which each event is scored in a Point per Rank format. Points will be earned for each completed test and athletes will be ranked according to their result. In events measured for Time, lowest time ranks 1st. In events measured for Reps or For Weight, highest reps or weight ranks 1st. The total number of points available in each event is based on the number of athletes ranked in each division. The leaderboard will calculate the total sum of all points awarded to the athlete in each of the eight tests and use that as the athletes’ overall score.

Team scores will be calculated via an Aggregated Rank Format, where the overall ranks of all team members will be added up to the team’s final score. If a tie occurs, the winning team will be the team with the lowest aggregate score. Should a team have best 4 ranked athletes regardless of division, the best score a team can achieve will be: 1 point (1st placed male) + 1 point (1st placed female) + 2 point (2nd placed male) + 2 point (2nd placed female) = 6 points.

Straps or gloves are not allowed in the competition. Chalk will be provided for certain tests. If you have pre-existing injuries and need to wear wrist supports, please inform one of the Judges before starting the competition.

Scores should be updated after 60 minutes of completing the exercise. If you notice missing scores, please approach a Judge or Event staff to assist immediately and ensure that all scores are reflected on the event day. No scores will be retrospectively added after the event day.
